The R&D Team

The Research and Development team is based in the Quadram Institute Building. We track and manage all studies by:

• Guiding researchers through funding and application processes
• Completing legal agreements/contracts
• Setting up studies and monitoring progress
• Managing study finances
• Reviewing serious adverse events, non-compliances and protocol deviations
• Undertaking audits
• Reporting to the regulatory bodies
• Archiving studies post completion.

We also develop and maintain the joint NNUH/UEA Standard Operating Procedures, compile the annual research report and provide training. 

Patient and public involvement is supported by a small but growing team of Public Research Champions who volunteer their time to raise awareness and encourage others to participate.
